Mission

-Align within China CTS sales & marketing strategy, make sure that our strategy and product offer is well communicated and understood by all Atlas Copco people in assigned region

Job description

Manage and support product implementation in assigned region

- Support to segment customer & plot products

- Increase the traditional products sales on spare part kits, lubricants

- Service Plan business development & standardization

- Promote new products & Non-AC business

- Support on training of improving product knowledge, application knowledge, sales -arguments and competitor information.

Support to climb the service ladder in assigned region

- Support sales manager to define the regional strategy

- Support Sales Manager on market analysis

- Support sales engineer in whole sales process of target product

Experience requirements

- Sales/marketing background & experience combined with knowledge of air compressor products

Knowledge

- Fluent both in written and oral English & Chinese.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point, experience in IBM Lotus Notes applications

Educational requirements

-Bachelor degree - technically or commercially oriented or equivalent experience

Personality requirements

-Pro-active with good interpersonal skills, good communication and people oriented.

- Customer oriented and result driven.

- Willing to travel in the region
