Mandatory:
3-5 years R&D experience in solvent-based UV and WB coatings for the Asia-Pacific Plastics and Electronics Industry
Knowledge of formulating for NCVM technology
Knowledge of performance tests and equipment for the Plastics and Electronics Industry
Proficient in spoken and written English
Ability to relocate to the Shanghai area
At least BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Optional:
Strong relationship with Asia-Pacific raw material suppliers for UV and WB coatings
Formulation experience for water-based UV
Familiar with Consumer Electronics Industry Customers
Formulation experience in hot stamping and water image transfer technology
Experience in managing a small team
