工作描述：
1、  Analyze new product defect reason and propose improve measures.
2、  Deeply involved in the launch and stabilization of new product
3、  Be responsible for Engineering Experiment Evaluation( EEE).
4、  Introduce new product and new process to manufacturing lines.
5、  Take suggestions to reduce product cost
6、  Assist to solve the customers’ complaints and other technical problems.
7、  Evaluate or review process, design, and equipments improvement in order to increase product yield.
8、  Lead the new product quality improvement.
9、 Lead team to increase the product yield.
10、Lead other departments to analyze the manufacturing problems
11、Control the environment factors according to the corporation PD requirements.
12、Lead to solve the NCMR issue
13、Failure analysis, data analysis, and solution development to support FY improvement& problem solving.
14、Lead team to find, analyze and solve quality/ technical problems.
