职位描述
Our client is a famous foreign enterprise in automobile parts industry in Jinan.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive project management quality according roadmaps and processes (xCDP, CRP,GCC)
Insure a good implementation of DRM
Insure that the gate reviews are respected
Creation and follow up of Quality Plan (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP)
Ensure effective usage of LLC in order to prevent issues from reoccurrence
Ensure daily usage of QR6? concept for any issue detected within the project
Train his team in QR6 sigma and other problem solving techniques as needed
Escalation of any quality issue according process based on DRM towards PjM?and functional leader
Facilitating risk assessments along with project manager
Validation of corrective action plans and follow-up of high level risks
Allocation of quality objectives to all single components of the product
Define Project Quality Plan
Project Control Plans definition and creation at different phases
Timely quality objectives reporting
Participating in project audits
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Project milestones meet on time
Serial production quality KPI’s met after 6 months from SOP
Customer quality KPI’s met after 6 months from SOP
100% on time reporting of project quality aspects
100% of projects in status green at SOP
DRM L1 participated
QR6S used for problem solving
Failures detected by QR6S not happened again
All deviations to target escalated proactively with RedBox
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Engineering Bachelor
Fluent in English
4 years technical degree (preferred) or equivalent mandatory
Six Sigma Green Belt connected with QR6S Concept
Experience in team management is an asset
Experience in matrix environment is an asset
