Main Responsibilities:
1、Design annual training plan in accordance with the training needs analysis results in Shandong region;
2、Organize and conducts divisional level training programs, and handles related issues to ensure effective and successful delivery of training programs;
3、Supervise and push training activities in Shandong Operation Units;
4、Analyse and appraises training evaluation results, and improves training effectiveness to optimize the company's investment in training;
5、Recommend training solutions to help users to tackle business issues on a timely basis, and supports the implementation;
6、Source, evaluate and select training vendor;
7、Support the department head on other HR related affairs.

Key Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above in related field;
2、Above 2 years experience in training and development function，5 years experience in HR field;
3、Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin;
4、Excellent communication skill, good planner and organizer, good presenter and team player;
5、Be able to work independently and under pressure.
