· Purpose of the Job：
Business unit performance tracking (EBITDA, Overhead, Cashflow, Net revenue)
Process improvement of BU Finance operation, providing finance support to commercial and supply chain with insights of opportunities & risks
Ensure accounting & reporting reliability
Ensure internal control compliance, maintain sound internal control environment within BU
Finance team people pipeline development

· Accountabilities：
- Business unit performance tracking: Cash flow, ZBB overhead, EBITDA, Net Revenue and cash flow monitoring with target
- Commercial operation improvement: Commercial investment compliance review; Business support by providing financial insights on P&L impact, cash flow efficiency and tax compliance
- Supply Chain operation improvement: Plant operation support including greenfield setup, expansion and footprint; Asset management to ensure plant internal control environment
- Finance team people pipeline: Build people pipeline by developing good people or external hiring; Team training and rotation to ensure professional support and foster business insights

· Qualifications and Technical competencies required
- Education: Bachelor and above. CPA and/or MBA is preferred but not a must.
Experience
- More than 10 years of working experience in managing level with MNC, preferable in Beverage/FMCG industries.

· Professional Competencies:
- Expertise on finance/accounting/tax
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to think and act independently. A self-starter.
- Highly developed influencing skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
