工作地点：上海市浦东新区前滩企业天地

Job Responsibilities:

1.Plan and execute all company's Events, including all product launches, ride & drives events and customers'experience events to support ATL campaigns and events supporting sponsorship activity

2.Campaign KPI tracking and performance analytics reporting.

3.Relationship building with key internal stakeholders.

4.Negotiate agreements with outside suppliers to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service.

5.Implement the annual company’s Events strategy to fulfil overall marketing objectives.

6.Liaison with external parties and strategic partners, support Marketing function to define and create appropriate customer experience, in order to enhance brand awareness and generate more business opportunities.

7.Apply pre and post marketing project evaluation reports and communicate the success of each project to management on a monthly and yearly basis including budget recap, KPI performance, participant feedback and learning for future events.

8.Work with all other relevant agencies to work out the best way to support marketing objectives.

9.Manage and track budgets, according to the company's financial requirements.

10.Events project management as required

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree is a must

2. Experience in marketing, especially event management area for at least 5-8 years，preferably with a luxury brand, skilled in brand experience operation

3. Familiar with R&D events, sufficient experience in R&D events execution

4. Project management skill is required

5. Events agencies or auto companies experience is preferred.

6. Is self-motivated, independent, able to take initiatives and drive change

7. Ability to multitask and set priorities, with attention to detail and accuracy

8. Ability to influence key stakeholders

9. Has customer-focused mind-set, responsible, integrity, innovative and drive for result

10. Highly proficient in Microsoft office software skills especially PowerPoint

11. High level of attention to detail.

12. Good presentation skills.

13. Effective time management, organizational and leadership skills.
