Senior Account Executive  - Your Future Position?

As a Senior Account Executive in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will -     Identify and develop new opportunities with savoury accounts, e.g. condiment customers, Chinese QSR, meat snack customers in South West China. In this exciting role you will:

• Explore networking with savoury customers and distributors, including condiments, QSR and meat snacks categories.
• Develop strategic relationship with clients at both senior level and operation level, sophisticated in the working environment of South West China, taking into account the dynamic operating environment in China.
• Define business opportunities for flavours, integrated solution and meat analogue.
• Play a project leader role in leading and motivating the cross-function team in daily work, ensure the company resources (people, time, investment) are utilized effectively and efficiently.
• Pro-actively manage the internal stakeholders, ensure good alignment on project/customers and maximize win rate, while delivering superior customer experience.
• Achieve annual sales target, project pipeline, and New Win Revenue
• Collaborate with peers and support team to enhance experience sharing and facilitate business success in other territories

Your professional profile includes:

• Passion to win in a challenging environment.
• 2-5 years working experience in food industry – exposure to working in the hotel /Chinese QSR industry will be a bonus
• Ability to work in an international company
• Business acumen to zero in o the right opportunities
• Analytical skills to be able to mine data & course correct
• Ability to handle the pressure of long working days
• Good organization awareness.   
• Strong learning agility.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English will be beneficial
