Major Responsibilities:

This position is expected to develop key account strategies and help key account customers to consolidate internal resources to achieve sales target, share growth and sales fundamentals in e-commerce.

The key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible for the whole process of T-Mart related programs to achieve company’s long term goals.
• Understand T-mart business & strategy and support T-mart with tailor-made programs to drive share growth.
• Closely work with KAM and totally involved in these customized programs from planning to summary period.
• Timely follow up with KAM and track the execution & result.
• Coordinate & communicate with EC Marketing & Shopper Marketing to better execute the channel campaign, including planning feedback, execution tracking and optimize the campaign process & mechanism.
• Follow the execution & KPI update as well as data analysis
• Relevant key projects support.

Ideal Experience:

• Bachelor degree above.
• Fluent in both written and oral English.
• At least 3 years FMCG category & business experience.
• Understand EC customers.
