Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Equipment down-time control for smooth production. To ensure equipment Down Time Rate to be under the target level.
- Equipment move-in, installation and acceptance. Coordinating between Corning and CS team and be responsible for schedule control
- Equipment maintenance SOP and maintenance schedule setup and review.
- To monitor and ensure equipment routine check and maintenance to be carried out based on SOP.
- To address and troubleshoot the equipment issues working with CS team and vendor. Come up with continuous improvement plan to prevent the repeat issues.
- Daily PR review of equipment related.
- Equipment spare parts management. Optimize the spare parts inventory and monthly procurement.
- To support Process/Procurement the equipment sourcing, spec finalization, and production equipment improvement.
- To aid Finance in assets control, e.g., assets physical count, transfer and disposal.
- Take responsibility of Facility activities which are similar as that for Equipment.

Education & Experience
- BS degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Integration or related.
- 3-year above experience of equipment preventive maintenance.
- The one from glass finishing industry, or familiar with equipment like Glass Scriber, CNC Engraver, Screen Printer, Ultrasonic/Plasma Cleaner, PVD Coater etc. is preferred.
- The one who has experience of both equipment and facility (HVAC/CDA/DI/WWT/Vacuum) is highly preferred.
