岗位职责
1、业务主管职位，独立负责工作小组，给下级成员提供引导或支持并监督他们的日常活动；
2、落实实施各项目生产计划；
3、协调各方面资源以推进项目进度，督促研发及生产人员按计划完成研发及生产任务；
4、协调项目组成员的配合工作，以保质保量的完成既定目标。

任职资格
1、本科工作3年或硕士研究生学历，男性，精细化工类、化工类等相关专业；

2、环氧与有机硅等相关经验优先，有2年以上工作经验优先；
3、具有一定的项目管理知识，2年以上项目管理经验；
4、熟悉WBS、PERT及CPM等项目规划工具，熟悉项目管理系统；
5、良好的计划、沟通、组织协调能力；

6、身体健康、能吃苦耐劳、工作责任心强。
