职位描述
Location: 山西大同
Responsibilities:
Prepare & implement the proper planning to achieve the strategic objectives assigned by the board of directors for short term & long term.
Build up the competency teams to support the sustainable growth of the company.
Set up proper management process and internal control process to manage the company smoothly & at very low risk level.
Be fully responsible for the company operations.
Be responsible for the company organizational set-up and the continuous improvement of the organization.
Be responsible for the company policy set up, and following-up update,
Set up the management process covering production planning, quality control, procurement, sales & after-sales management, logistics, financial, human resource, plant facility, administration and IT.
Be responsible for continuous improvements of the company management process.
Organize and be fully responsible for daily operations of the company,
Implement the board resolutions properly & timely,
Prepare the annual operation planning and implement the approved annual operation planning properly & timely,
Prepare the annual CAPEX planning and implement the approved annual CAPEX planning properly & timely,
Take care of safety & environmental issues required by internally & externally,
Understand customer’s needs, actively participate the sales project negotiations.
Maintain good relationships with key accounts,
Be responsible for localization planning, work closely with relevant parties to achieve the localization plan.
Propose to the board for the recruitment / dismissing Deputy General Managers.
Manage the relationships with relevant local authorities, tax bureau, banks.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
At least 10 years relevant working experience, with minimum 3 years in general manager position.
Good command of both spoken & written English.
Good knowledge of diesel engine industry is a plus.
Good negotiation, communication, interpersonal and management skills.
