PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Responsible for the setting up of RMB fund platform and building alliances with capital partners to fuel the growth in China. Assist the Chief Investment Officer to formulate plans and strategies for new fund initiatives in China as well as networking and lobbying with relevant authorities and business intelligence. To support all investment and fund management activities as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.To set up RMB fund platform;
2.To develop new fund initiatives and alliances
3.To conduct market and financial feasibility study on setting up new RMB funds;
4.Liaise with various internal and external parties both locally and overseas markets for RMB fund implementations;
5.Able to lead or assist Chief Investment Officer to carry out business negotiations of projects on top of knowing market opportunities;
6.To lead and work with team to draft, negotiate and prepare fund proposal to management;


REQUIRMENTS
1.University degree; Graduate study in Real Estate or Finance is a plus.
2.Minimum 6-8 years relevant experiences, preferably in real estate/ fund management industries.
3.Good knowledge of real estate market and fund management, and business and government networks are essential.
4.Possess "Can Do" Spirit with strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment;
5.Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, energetic, assertive and strong negotiation skills;
6.Strong business acumen, networks and good understanding of business practices in the Mainland China; having overseas experience is a plus;
7.Strong sense of judgment with integrity and ability to work under pressure;
8.Possess good and extensive business networks;
9.Able to be creative in structuring of RMB funds;
10.Strong analytical skill, in structuring of deal and joint venture agreements with business partners;
11.On-going monitoring and relationship management after fund set up;
12.Willingness to travel;
13.Having good English written and verbal communication skills are preferred;
14.Have good presentation skill.
