Responsibilities:
To be responsible for the professionally customer services and order processing department
To be responsible for running professional customer serviceChinese(native speaker)标准流利的普通话
English(very good)熟练的英语能力
负责客服呼叫中心的运营。
To manage customer service team to handle customer complaints & collect information regarding customer needs to reach maximum customer satisfaction. 管理客服团队对客户投诉的处理,以及收集客户需求的信息,达到客户最大的满意度。
To optimize working procedure for customer service team and ensure them be executed properly.优化客服团队的工作流程并确保执行力。
To lead the order processing team and coordinate with internal dept. to meet handling resolution of all order related problems to achieve on timely delivery. 管理订单处理团队通过沟通和协调使订单得到及时的处理和传递。
To ensure all orders are processed accurately, efficiently, in a timely manner and are in compliance with company's price policies and relevant procedures. 确保所有订单在符合公司政策和相关流程的情况下得到准确、有效、及时的处理。
To be responsible for smooth running of the section, take initiative to improve the process and make changes according to requirements by management as well as customer request. 根据管理的要求或者客户的合理需求,主动的改进流程使运营变得更加流畅。
Other assignments by superior. 上级主管布置的其他工作。
Qualifications:
Female; Above B.A degree 本科学历以上
Min. 5 years experience in customer service field 五年以上客户服务工作经验
Have some basic logistics knowledge and supply chain understanding preferred具有一定的物流和供应链知识。
Good communication and coordination skill良好的沟通和协调技能
Communication abilities and ability to assert oneself 交流协作和坚持原则
Very familiar with computer application (MS office, Outlook, ERP-System)熟练的Office软件技能,熟悉ERP软件
Chinese(native speaker)标准流利的普通话
English(very good)熟练的英语能力
