职位描述
Location: 嘉定
Responsibilities:
Ensures that all projects are launched with success involving/handing over the project to the production team from R@R, in line with the Product Group Chassis business strategy.
Establishes and controls projects timing, quality and budget in accordance to PND (Project Needs Dates).
Ensures investments approval and expending with CAR, same as tooling kick-off on time to achieve OTS as per customer request.
Assures that BAT teams understands the expectations of the customers by meeting and discuss with them in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Establishes project teams and assigns necessary resources in order to perform the required activities.
Supervises and trains his Project Managers and support their K1 or K2 Projects.
Ensures good communication within his team and supports project management in Asia Pacific and Product Group for global platform projects.
Implements and maintains all standard processes and procedures for BAT WW (Milestone System, BOSle, ViFlow, etc.)
Supports competitive quotations and drives pricing process together with Sales.
Identifies new projects opportunities.
Supports preparation of quotes to the customer together with PG Director and Commercial Director
Improves customer contacts and satisfaction related to project development and develops customer specific know-how for project generic requirements.
Requirements:
High proficiency on English communication, especially verbal.
Well skilled (3+ years) in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Commercial, Production, Company Policy and procedures related to BA commodities.
Customer knowledge and management (minimum 2 projects life in serial, 4+ years); including global customers, such as VW, Ford, GM, BMW, Toyota, Nissan- Renault, etc. and vehicle assembly processes knowledge related to chassis.
Automotive parts development process (3+ years), related to Chassis commodity; including, seam/projection welding, stamping, machining, bushes, BJT, etc.
Project Management experience (3+ Years) Commercial Negotiations (Cost estimation included) (minimum time: 1 project life).
Knowleadge of other departments activities such as Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Stamping, Manufacturing and Commercial (minimum 1 project life).
Well skilled on PC's software operation (Ms. Project, Excel, Word, Power Point, PDF, etc.)
