职位描述
MISSION:
Under the responsibility of Purchasing Manager, the holder manages components purchasing in the expected prices, quality and delay, in order to suit the production needs and services.
Main tasks:
1.Procure components for new projects before Run at rate
2.Project components status follow up, coordinate SQE and commodity buyer for production parts approval, including biz and quality
3.Control and continuously improve the BOM cost of each project
4.Control the supplier timing according to APDS requirement.
5.Provide project volume, timing, cost target information to purchasing team when needed.
6.Lead the TFC, CLD, coordinate the contract review, participate in supplier run at rate, initiate supplier PPAP requirement to SQE.
7.Other tasks defined in ASPP.
Requirments:
?Level (diploma) required:
-Bachelors Degree majored in engineering or business administration
?Experience:
-3 years experience in a purchasing department.
?Technical skills required:
-Skills in mechanic and electronic fields
-Skills in supply chain
-Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO9000
-Knowledge of engineering.
?Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
-Strong negotiation, communication, organization, coordination ability and high spirit of teamwork
-Self-motivated, mature & stable
?Languages:
-Fluent Chinese
-Excellent written and verbal English language skills required
