1. 工作摘要与职责
该协调员应当负责通过在设施内的威泰的总经理、副总经理和或/工厂经理就运营水平、生产计划、原材料和成品存货水平、成本降低和其他工厂改进项目、产品质量、装运说明、运营模式、研发、进场原材料和设备交付的检查流程、装货和卸货流程，以及合资公司可能合理需要的任何其他领域的说明对威泰进行沟通。
如果在任何期间协调员未能做出任何沟通，威泰应当继续执行当时正在遵照的运营规定，或可选择按照威泰自行认为谨慎和有条理的方式运营设施。
协调员应能从总经理、副总经理或威泰工厂经理处一直知晓所有有关设施运营的重大事项，包括但不限于，每日营运记录和报告、每日交通运输报告、质量控制信息、环境报告要求、任何额外的维护或其他要求、以及存货数据、人员计划和协调员合理要求的类似其他信息。

学士学位, 主修供应链管理或其它相关的专业
相关技术背景及制造型企业工作经验
费用管理经验, 能理解工厂财务报表
出色的英语技能
优秀的人际沟通能力




Job Title: Coordinator

Work Site: Shandong Sinobrom Albemarle Bromine Chemical Ltd;


1. Job summary and responsibility
The Coordinator shall be responsible for communicating with Weitai through Weitai’s General Manager, Deputy General Manager and/or plant manager at the Facility with respect to the operating levels, production planning, raw material and finished goods inventory levels, cost reduction and other plant improvement programs, product quality, shipment instructions, operating modes, research and development, procedures for inspecting inbound raw material and equipment deliveries, loading and unloading procedures, and any other areas of instruction that may be reasonably desired by JV.
In the event the Coordinator shall fail to make communication for any period, Weitai shall continue the operational policies then being followed or, in the alternative, operate the Facility in such manner as Weitai in its discretion considers to be prudent and businesslike.
The Coordinator shall be kept advised by the General Manager, Deputy General Manager or plant manager of Weitai as to all significant matters that relate to the operation of the Facility including, without limitation, daily operating logs and reports, daily traffic movement report, quality control information, environmental reporting requirements, any extraordinary maintenance or other requirements, and inventory data, staffing plans and such other information as the Coordinator may reasonably request.


2. Knowledge and experience request


BS degree in Supply Chain or other related major
Technical background and some experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong sense of cost management and be able to understand plant cost sheets
Excellent in English skills
Good inter-personal and communication skills
