Position Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Ningbo, Zhejiang, China
Report to: General Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
? Manage day to day duties for General Manager. Support general office and functional department administration tasks. Administer ordering of stationary and control within budget.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Manage day to day duties for the General Manager.
? Responsible for booking of business travel requirements (competitive pricing) and monitor against budget.
? Support general office administration tasks to Turbo staffs.
? Assist in translation of documents and preparation of internal documents.
? Co ordinate preparation of business plans i.e LRP
? Administer ordering of stationary and other office requirements and monitor against budget.
? Responsible for ensuring all visitors to the site are managed properly.
? Organizes meeting and takes meeting minutes
? Co ordinate issuing of site information in a timely manner
? Ensures compliance with all BorgWarner policies relating to business practices and regulatory requirements.
? Contributes to team work and continuous improvement activities.
? Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
? Minimum 3 years experience in General Management administration
? Bechelor Degree or above?
Good command of the English language
? Good computer software skills
? Ability to organize and communicate effectively
