Our client is a famous European owned enterprise in high performance material.

Job title: Maintenance Engineer

Main role of the Job:
·Develop, deploy and optimize preventive maintenance.
·Facilitate the Maintenance function method.
·Control the BIN05 maintenance budget.
·Participate in the development and costing of new investment equipment.
·Participate in writing specifications for new equipment.
·Participate in the definition of spare parts stocks in the project phase.
·Optimize, through continuous improvement, the spare parts stocks.
·Organize and carry out the preparation of maintenance plans with methods
maintenance team collaborators, according to the continuous improvement methods.
·Organize through processes implementation, the implementation of planned
preventive maintenance in BIN05 part, related to operational maintenance and
production teams.
·Organize and provide training for maintenance and production teams, to preventive
maintenance procedures in place.
·Develop maintenance contracts outsourced in collaboration with the purchasing
manager,as well as site Maintenance manager.
·Develop a preventive maintenance culture of all employees of the maintenance
department.
·Delegate and supervise certain activities among employees preventive maintenance.
·Ensure the development, monitoring, and enforcement of maintenance methods.
·Develop the maintenance methodology notice and change them based on feedback
·Analyze all maintenance operations (explanation of failures, FMECA (Failure
Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis).
·Participate in BIN05 planning maintenance operations and verify proper execution.
·Develop improvement plans by continuous improvement methods.
·Develop monitoring documents (reporting, dashboards, activity report ).
·Ensure technological watchfulness about methods and tools in the maintenance field.
·Conduct internal meetings and participate to weekly meetings with the other
department managers.
·Participate in Continuous Improvement Programs and actions (e.g, in Planned
Maintenance Pillar).

Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
·3 to 5 years related experience, preferably in maintenance field during which you
have particularly developed the preventive and predictive maintenance tools
controlled through lean manufacturing.
·Experience in the field of Maintenance Method.
·Good technical skills in electrical, automation and metrology.
·Equivalent combination of education and experience. A thorough knowledge of
engineering principles, concepts, and trends affecting equipment.
·Industrial drawing experience.
·Experience in a continuous improvement/ ISO regulated plant would be an asset.
·Experience in managing projects and working in SAP would be an asset.
·Both Mandarin and fluent English speaker.
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and statistical skills.
·Proficiency in computer skills.
·Ability to learn new applications, like company software, set up functions, enters data, or maintenance

information.
·You control ideally AUTOCAD & SAP.
·Able to communicate well internally and encourage teamwork whenever necessary.
·Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, policies regulations.
·Demonstrate a high proficiency and understanding of systems such as paper
processing, plumbing, electrical and mechanical.
·Strong ability to handle multiple projects.
·High level of initiative and independence in managing responsibilities.
·Knowledge of standard procedures, equipment and materials related to the paper

making industry on operation, maintenance and building.
·Basic inventory control practices.
·Inspecting work for compliance with standards.
·Prioritizing work projects and meeting work schedules.
·Reading blueprints, specifications and technical materials.
·Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
