Our client is a famous European owned enterprise in high performance material.

Job title: Maintenance Supervisor

Main role of the Job:

·Manage maintenance team according to the priorities.
·Writes monthly report.
·Builds up maintenance team table time according to the needs.
·Propose process improvement suggestions.
·Record and share maintenance KPI with his hierarchy.
·Supervises employees in order to support an efficient maintenance schedule, both on
preventive & curative maintenance aspect.
·Ensure that team maintenance timetable is suitable to warranty the support of the
operations (24/24h).
·Propose schedule for the preventive maintenance as well as curative to production
DPT.
·Oversees the operation of the tool crib and follow up the uses & tools inventory.
·Propose new tools investment to his hierarchy.
·Participate in the training of maintenance technicians.
·Report and follow-up troubleshoots, implements and follow -up efficiency of
corrective action.
·Meet, welcome & organize the work of sub-contractors in the BIN05 plant according
to the company rules (safety and methods).

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical or electrical fields.
·5 to 7 years' experience related supervisory experience, preferably in the
manufacturing industry.
·3 years' experience in managing people.
·Experience in a team-based environment.
·An experience in western company ISO regulated would be an asset.
·Mandarin mother tongue speaking.
·Good written and verbal communication skills.
·Fluent English will be an asset.
·Excellent professional in maintenance.
·High level of initiative and independence in managing responsibilities.
