Our client is a famous European owned enterprise in high performance material.

Job title: CI Specialist

Main role of the Job:

·Implementation and improvement of a Plus system in Binzhou plant.
·Establish TS16949 for the filtration plant with an external support from consulting
firm.
·Introduce and establishment of Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma along with
the factory initiatives on them.
·And establishment and maintenance of other quality and manufacturing systems in
Binzhou plant.
·KPI monitoring and evaluation
·Identify training need and train employees for solid pillar and team activities.
·Lead and perform internal audits for areas where the systems should be in place.
·Coordinate surveillance audits of the systems in place.
·Lead corrective and preventive actions to maintain the systems.
·Train employees of the system tools such as CP, PPAP, FMEA, APQP, MSA and
continuous improvement.
·Coordinate steering committee of the Binzhou plant.
·Establish the infrastructure for team support; meeting rooms, data collecting,
analyzing and sharing, access to templates, team boards, machine boards, etc.
·Monitor and improve savings from the system activities like aPlus for now but not
limited to a Plus.
·Complete regular reports of progress of Continuous Improvement on the site.
·Perform other related projects and duties as required by management.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree of Science of Engineering is required.
·Three to five years of experience in the ISO/TS certified manufacturing industry is
required.
·Fluent Chinese and English communication in verbal and written form is required.
·Experience and knowledge of system work such as QMS, Lean Manufacturing, 6
Sigma and TPS is required.
·Sound understanding of system tools such as CP, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA
and continuous improvement.
·Good communication across the functions in the company and self-motivation is
requited.
·Good computer skill such as MS-office and Statistics software is required.
·Experience of paper making or filter industry is preferred.
·Ability to travel on a limited basis.
