Our client is a famous European enterprise in automobile parts industry in Binzhou.

Responsibility:

·Maintain Quality system- etc. running smoothly and effectively.
Identify and analyze processes, eliminate otiose process and continuously improve unstable process; Achieve Zero defects situation of all processes (production line).
·Manage all KPIs of quality in Binzhou plant.
·Take charge of internal actions regarding customer claims and complaints.
·Lead PQ Pillar in Binzhou Plant, manage aPlus teams within PQ Pillar.
·Take charge of WRP management in Binzhou Plant. Analyze material balance, waste and update project status.
·Cooperate with purchase team to control supply quality.
·QC department daily management works.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree.
·At least 5 yrs quality management experience in manufacturing industry.
·Be familiar with ISO 9001 and TS 16949 quality system.
·Continuous improvement experience and six sigma is a plus.
·Prefer to have MNC better US or Euro company experience.
·Fluent English in speaking and writing.
