1.Assist Quality Specialist to implement quality culture, check the quality achievement and keep quality system run smoothly and effectively.
协助质量专员来落实质量文化，检查质量的完成情况并保持质量体系顺利、有效地运行。

2.Raw material quality control
原材料质量管理
a)Realize the tests in appliance to the procedures of Malmedy plant
根据Malmedy车间的相关程序对相关器具实施测试

3.Process Chemistry and quality instrumentations follow up according to the procedures of Malmedy plant
根据Malmedy 车间的相关程序，对化学和质量的检测设备进行跟进。

4.Claims analysis and treatment in relation with TCS and production team
对与TCS和生产团队相关的索赔进行分析和处理
a)Create the instruction file for the claim

与质量专员一起对索赔产生的根源进行分析
c)Ask more informations to the TCS if needed
如果需要，应向TCS寻求更多的相关信息

5.Day to day quality control and follow up for specific tests according to Malmedy procedures

a)Perform the visual controls laboratory side for all the production

使用印刷机进行试印实验
c)Realize specific tests according to the procedures
根据相关程序进行特殊测试
d)If high level of defect on the PM, participate in the defect source resolution
如果在PM出现较高的不良率，参与不良根源解决方法的制定

a)Realize the wallcover handling test on the laboratory wall

6.Prepare the samples for the customers
为客户准备样品
a)Select the reference that should be sampling, based on TCS information
根据TCS给出的信息，选择取样所需要的参考数据
b)Cut properly A4 sample in significant quantity and quality
将质量良好的样品剪切成足够数量的A4纸大小样品
c)Eventually organize a roll sampling base
最后还要准备一个成卷包装的样品
d)Send sample to customer through BINZHOU organization
通过滨州公司将样品发给客户
e)Check with TCS that sample is well arriving to the customer.
与TCS一起确认样品是否已经完好交付给客户
f)Archive all sampling information in a xls file.
将所有的取样信息归档到一个EXCEL文档里

Work experience
工作经验

·At least 3 years paper industry experience, products development is a must. Familiar with TS 16949 quality system. Continuous improvement experience…
·至少三年的造纸行业工作经验，必须具备产品开发能力。熟悉TS16949质量体系。在持续改进的实施上具备经验。
·Basic understanding and knowledge of Math (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division).
对数学知识具备基本的了解(加法、减法、乘法和除法)
·Computer literate – Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Company software.
懂电脑 – 微软的WINDOWS/WORD/EXCEL/PPT以及相关的公司软件
·Understanding and knowledge of Standard Gauges (Scales, Tape Rule, Measuring Devices).
了解标准量具的相关知识(天平，卷尺，测量工具)

Formal education
学历要求

·Good English level both oral and written.
具有良好的英文口语和书写能力
·High school diploma required in chemistry field
