RESPONSIBILITIES ：

1.Lead group strategic sourcing programs for   transportation, warehousing, logistical equipment and related materials. 

2.Lead supplier   contract negotiation and execution in collaboration with logistics management   at all sites. 

3. Responsible for group logistics spend management   and cost budgeting/forecasting/analysis. 

4.Design and implement logistics supplier management   system, performance & compliance standards; coordinate periodic audits, and   maintain effective supplier relationship. 

5.Conduct market, competitive and pricing   intelligence analysis which would contribute to continuous development of   group logistics sourcing strategy. 

6.Lead and/or support strategic expansion and   optimization of logistics supplier network and capabilities on transportation   and warehousing. 

REQUIREMENTS：

1. Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain or Operations Management or related discipline.

2. At least 10 years working experience in strategic procurement particularly in logistics/transportation services and MRO. Solid logistics operations and people management experience.

3.Direct FMCG, food and/or chemical logistics and transportation experience, gained either via in-house or from third party logistics industry.

4. Multi-site logistics procurement and operations management experience in PRC and/or Greater China Region.

5. In-depth experience with logistics sourcing, operations, cost management as well as logistics network capability expansion / optimization.

6. Proficiency in MS office applications, Chinese word processing & ERP / Sourcing Systems.  

7.Fluent written & spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin). Cantonese an advantage. 

8.Independent, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.

9. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and communication skills and willing to travel frequently.
