Position Summary Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibility：
Administer human resource management systems and safety programs.
Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity, and recommend needed changes.
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's personnel policies and practices.
Act as leader on EH&S issues such as safety committee, EH&S activities
Investigate the cause of any accident related to EH&S and make out action plan for any accident issue
Improve EH&S awareness via conducting regular training courses, inspections, etc

Qualification
Minimum 8 years Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment with 3 years management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business trade or equivalence
Must be knowledgeable in local employment and HR laws and legal requirements
Excellent listening and problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Results driven with documented success in exceeding Human Resources goals or objectives
Stable employment history

Essential Tools
MS Office
Bilingual in Mandarin and English (strong proficiency)
Proficient in English writing and presentation
