level and plan trade marketing initiatives/innovations for the e-Commerce channel;
？ Define standard of KPIs by parameters of e-Com trade MKT key measures (ie. product availability, channel distribution, path to purchase ownership and excellence, activity/promotion execution effectiveness, customer/platform operation excellence etc.)
？ Define and develop 4P strategy for e-Com/Digital sales channels (in alignment with integrated Commercial MKT team)
？ Define and implement standard 4P guideline toolkit at customers/platforms/online stores;
？ Own critical path to purchase points on e-Com/Digital platforms;
？ Drive path to purchase excellence in e-Com/Digital platforms;
？ Study/understand online shopper/market to get shopper insight being supportive for all e-Com trade MKT strategy development, planning and execution;
？ New innovations such as product line, distribution channel, business development models like direct sales on Wechat store, portal website and/or Mobile/APP in digital tools;
？ Co-work/manage the specialized e-Com trade MKT agency in terms of studying shopper insight, defining business opportunities, developing trade plans and executing online activities; analyzing trade activities effectiveness according to set KPI measures etc.
？ e-Com trade MKT budget management and efficiency enhancement;
？ Internal cross-functioning team cooperation, communication and internal resources management;

任职要求：
? Bachelor Degree, good in written and oral English
? IT skill: MS office, Excel and Power point
? Familiarities with ecommerce marketplaces and business
? Minimum of 8 yrs of trade or shopper or brand marketing
? Have brand & shopper sense to understand & develop activation
? Communication & presentation skills
