Responsibilities: |
1. Market mapping - identify trade areas & suitable locations |
2. Analysis of existing stores |
3. Landlord negotiation for new sites, renewals, closures |
4. Landlord relationship management |
5. Administration, site pack preparation |
6. Support to Franchisees for site evaluations |
7. Building processes & systems |
8. Developing & managing Development team |
9. Develop overall development strategy |
Requirements: |
1.College graduate or higher |
2.5+ years related Development experience with multi-unit retail brand, especially in Beijing |
3. Strong customer service mentality |
4. CET 4 minimum and self motivated |
5. Good grasp of financial numbers for retail operations |
6. Analytical, Strong organization and administration skills |
