RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop the organization’s Procurement strategy for related commodities with an in depth understanding of the market, supplier sourcing, risk and performance management.
• Lead, direct, and control the activities of procurements are in line with the group and achieve its short and long term financial and operating objectives as set by overall corporate business plans.
• Develop an appropriate risk mitigation strategy through an appropriate supplier network maintaining continuity of supply whilst reducing the risk within the supply chain as a whole.
• Set and monitor the performances of the Purchases activities against standards and targets in areas such as cost control; administrative efficiency; legal compliance; government regulation compliance.
• Identify and screen suppliers, developing strategic relationships, negotiate terms and conditions, and continuously drive improved supplier service levels.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of the goods from suppliers are complied with standard and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree holder.
• 10 years relevant working experience with 8 years experience in FMCG industry.
• Practical experience in global commodity market and commodity procurement is required.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proven organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple task.
• Stationed in Shenzhen.
