职位描述

1. Coordination & communication with TMK / MKT & RKA to follow total channel campaign execution details:

Including the planning feedback, execution tracking & timely update. Through whole involve & total understand, then also help to optimize the process & mechanism.

2. Responsible for the whole process of KA program

Understand KA business & strategy; support them with tailor-made customized program to drive channel share. Totally involved with these customized program from planning period to sum & sharing period. Closely work with KAM to well-planned the customized project , through the program theme , then related POSM design & manufacture , consumer program .And support KAM to sell-in. Also timely follow up with KA & RKA ,tracking the execution & KPI update. After program end, together with KAM to sum & share .

3. Follow Excecution & KPI update and data analysis

Help to support total KA team on some key project follow-up, doing some data analysis to better support BDS/FP channel business.

4. Relevant project lead and support.

Knowledge & Skills

1.Bachelor degree above

2.Fluent in both written and oral English

3.At least 3 years FMCG category & business experience.

4.Understand MBS /FP channel business & KA customers.

5.TMK or KA basic logic is a plusWell Communication and good cross-function cooperation skill.

6.Good at PPT & Excel (data analysis)
