Main Responsibilities:
. Direct and manage development projects for steering wheel and driver airbag products
. Responsible for the development of new products, technologies, Materials...
. Technical, financial and project timing responsibility
. Develop detailed solutions from concept to volume production according to internal & customer specification
. Responsible for technical specifications and construction design guideline
. Support for production and operational problems
. Preparation of technical documentation for supplier, customer and able to conduct technical Reviews internally as well as externally
. Implementation of FMEA's product development and market analysis
Qualification:
. Dipl.-Ing. or Master (FH/TU) in Chemistry
. Sound knowledge in the fields of polyurethane foam, paint and adhesive
. At least 3 years experience in product development
. Sound Computer skills Excel, Word, Powerpoint
. Good knowledge of English, spoken and written
. Strong analytical skills
. Ability to work independently
. Experience in the quality methodologies FMEA, DOE, DFA, DFSS would be desirable
