MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责

-Setting, starting and qualification of series mold tools with hot runner technology on series machines

-Finding, specification, monitoring and controlling of process parameters

-Increase of the productivity of assembly lines by reduction of scrap, trouble and downtime and by optimization of deployment of personnel and process

-Qualification of technical changes at series machines

-Creating of work instructions for maintenance of the injection molding tools and the injection molding machines and specification of maintenance intervals

-Support of the maintenance technician and setters at mold tool sampling, process settings and trouble shooting

-Training of setters at new mold tools and new product variants

-Coordination of service companies

-Participation in spare parts management and sourcing of general equipment

-Updating of work instructions

-Preparation of specifications for mold tools

-Planning and control of mold tool projects

-Assistance in the design of mold tools and finding technical solutions

-Creation of and participation in PFMEA

KEY COMPETENCIES/ 资格能力要求

-Production stop or blocking of products and stop of the further processing

-Starting and coordinating of improvement measures

-Change of the job sequence after arrangement with the Production Manager

-Specification of injection molding parameters for series mold tools

-Technical education or studies in the area process engineering, synthetic materials or other suitable

-Knowledge of all common MS Office applications

-Experience in setting, operation, measuring technique and date note of automatic plastic injection molding machines of different manufacturers

-Knowledge in construction and putting into operation of injection molding tools

-Knowledge about polymer materials

-Knowledge of English

-Automation engineering
