· 借助NVH测试设备对制动、转向和悬架系统进行主观和客观评价、测试和分析；

· 根据客户需要开发新的NVH测试流程和规范；

· 根据测试规范布置并搭建NVH试验台架和仪器；

· 和产品工程师/有限元分析工程师一起制定出NVH优化的方案；

· 在需要时，作为全球NVH资源的一部分，对全球项目提供必要的支持。

· 机械、力学和汽车工程相关教育背景，有振动噪声和声学背景者优先考虑；

· 2年以上在汽车和相关行业的振动噪声测试和解决问题经验。有转向和制动系统的相关经验者优先；

· 至少熟悉下列测试仪器和设备（硬件和软件）中的一种：Dyno，LMS，HeadAcoustics, B&K和Agilent；

· 英语口语和读写流利。

教育：力学、机械和汽车工程专业本科或以上；具有NVH相关教育背景最佳。

其它：善于学习并具有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。

Major Responsibilities:

· To conduct subjective and objective NVH rating, tests and evaluation on braking, steering and suspension products with NVH equipments.
· To develop NVH test procedures to meet customers’ requirements.
· To configure and setup NVH test rigs and instruments according to test specification.
· To work with the FEA engineer and product engineer to work out NVH optimization solutions.
· To be a part of TRW global NVH resources and provide support if required.

Key Competencies:

· Mechanics, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, with enhanced NVH (vibration and acoustics) education is preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years working experience of NVH testing and problem solving in automotive or related industry. Experience in steering and braking system is a big plus.
· Familiarity with at least one of the NVH equipments e.g. Dyno., LMS, Head acoustics, B&K, Agilent and corresponding analysis software is necessary.
· Good oral and written English.


Education and Experience:

Educational: Mechanical, Mechanics or Automotive engineering Bachelor degree or above, with enhanced NVH education.
