Major Responsibilities:

-To create working framework with PCB commodity , SDE and Quality to ensure no quality problems from PCB suppliers and supply chain

-To Design rules development & deployment to AP application programs

-To Lead free technology roadmap and transition plan aligned with AP application programs

-To be responsible for PCB materials selection, approval and technical support to AP application teams

-To be responsible for AP PCB layout release approvals

-To Lead projects related to the development of PCB and ECU packaging technologies

-To be responsible for the technical support to application teams in matters relating to PCB, lead-free, process materials and electronics assembly technologies

Key Competencies:

-Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering

-3-5 years experience in Electronics design and assembly, preferably with

Automotive relevance

-Strong experience of designing automotive Electronics products, their design, process materials and related manufacturing processes

-Strong Knowledge of PCB manufacture, supply chain and assembly processed

-Strong Knowledge of PCB, lead-free, processing materials and technologies

-Proven problem solving capabilities, Six Sigma qualified

-Self starter and highly motivated person eager to progress

-Resilient individual, able to perform in an often pressured working environment

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Good English skill, both verbal and written

-Good interpersonal and networking skills, a team player

-Computer proficient

-Excellent project management skill, able to interact confidently with range of technical and management levels

-Track record as an agent for change

-Trustworthy and reliable
