Overall Purpose of Job:

The role also encompasses vehicle level validation to TRW and customer specifications.
Major Responsibilities:

To support vehicle application projects (including ABS, TC and VSC product applications) in AP market.
To support　system vehicle development/validation testing plan together with internal and external teams (customers) for the responsible projects.
To interface with customers to understand vehicle level performance requirements and to communicate with customers through informal and formal presentations, meetings and vehicle demonstations.
To interface and closely work with Customer Applications and SCS product engineering teams to deliver robust vehicle applications to meet the customers’ requirements.
To understand and support TRW vehicle application development and validation processes on vehicle application projects.



Key Competencies:

Must understand vehicle chassis systems and integration
Must have high level driving skill for in vehicle testing and development
Must have sound knowledge and understanding in development processes and solutions
Must have good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English languages
Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally to support vehicle application projects
Must have good level presentation skills
Must have good level computer skills
Must be a good team player with leadership qualities
Should have 2 years experience of the product application and development process in the Automotive industry



Education and Experience:

Educational: BSc or higher in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. (MSc is preferred.)

Experience: 2 years experience in related field required.
