Major Responsibilities:


· To manage brake systems customer application projects (including foundation brake and actuation product applications) in AP market.

· To establish and execute brake system development/validation testing plan together with internal and external teams (customers) for the responsible projects

· To lead system integration for brake application systems

· To interface with customers to understand customers' requirements and to communicate with customers through informal and formal presentations and meetings.

· To interface and closely work with foundation brake and actuation product engineering teams to define product proposals and system/packaging analysis for A/P applications

· To support sales team to development new customers and business opportunities

· To interface, closely work with and support global brake product development teams for product development to ensure the customers requirements are met

· To work closely with program management team to ensure project is running smoothly

· To support OEM production launch

· To maintain and establish good relationships with customers

· To understand and follow TRW product and application development process




Key Competencies:



· Must have 3+ years of work experience in product applications and system engineering in automotive chassis system products, preferably in braking-related systems and products

· Must have skills in and be willing to deal with AP customers

· Must have good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English languages

· Must have good problem solving skills

· Must be good at team work

· Must be willing to travel (domestic and international) and prepared to work hard and maybe overtime

· Preferred to have good understanding of the product application and development process

· Preferred to have experience and skills in customer application project management.

· Preferred to have knowledge and experience in product design, implementation, system integration and testing

· Preferred to have sound knowledge and understanding in development and deliverable schedules of projects requiring the system integration into a functional system
