POSITION SUMMARY职责描述：

The primary function of Metallurgist is responsible for the material selection\testing\vilification and failure analysis of Turbocharger components (especially for those components working in the conditions of high temperature stress\fatigue stress\corrosive). The target is to be our material specialist, especially in the material analysis of Waste Gate Parts (wear, high temperature, stress and corrosive), and Turbine Housing\Turbine Wheel\Heat Shield (thermal stress, fatigue and corrosive). Support SDE, AE, FEM Engineer, Process Quality Engineer, Warranty Engineer, Manufacture Engineer Teardown Analysis Engineer to do the material analysis and research of Turbocharger components.
材料专家的主要职责：支持零件的材料选择、测试和认可、增压器零件的关于材料的失效分析（尤其是经过高温热应力、疲劳应力和腐蚀性环境下使用的零件）。工作目标是成为材料技术专家，特别是放气阀小件材料（摩擦磨损与高温、应力、腐蚀环境）以及涡轮、涡壳、隔热罩等高温合金材料（热应力、疲劳应力、腐蚀性坏境）。支持供应商开发工程师、应用工程师、应力分析工程师、三包质量工程师、产线质量工程师、工艺工程师和拆解分析工程师关于增压器零件材料的分析和研究。

ACCOUNTABILITIES职责：

Do material analysis of Waste Gate Parts (wear, high temperature, stress and corrosive), and Turbine Housing\Turbine Wheel\Heat Shield (thermal stress, fatigue and corrosive)
放气阀小件材料（摩擦磨损与高温、应力、腐蚀环境）以及涡轮、涡壳、隔热罩等高温合金材料（热应力、疲劳应力、腐蚀性坏境）的分析和研究
Support Application Engineer and Designer for material selection
支持应用工程师与设计工程师，做零件的材料选择
Support SDE and Suppliers for components material change validation
支持供应商开发工程师与供应商做零部件材料变更相关测试和认可
Support Teardown Analysis Engineer for failure analysis based on materials
支持拆解分析工程师做失效件的材料分析
Support Process Quality Engineer and Manufacture Engineer for material quality issue analysis
支持产线质量工程师和工艺工程师做零件材料质量问题的分析
Support Warranty Analysis Engineer for material failure analysis
支持三包质量工程师做失效件的材料分析

Improve processes for material failure analysis改进材料失效分析过程

Implement “Material Testing Optimization” to drive failure part material analysis standardization & optimization; make a standardized failure analysis working instruction.
最优化材料测试过程，使得失效件的材料分析最优化和最标准化，建立标准化的失效分析作业指导书文件

a. Make sure everything we do is comply with BW GSSF rules and that all hazardous material use follows the right specific process
确保每项测试都满足公司的安全规范，所有危险物质的使用都遵守正确的规范的过程。
b. Make sure no safety accident from lab personals
确保实验室员工没有安全事故
c. Support EHS team to control chemical materials and other hazardous material.
支持EHS团队做好化学品和其他危险品的控制。


Cost Reduction 成本降低


a. Select and buy advanced material analysis instruments and establish the failure analysis capability for turbocharger components 选择和购买高级的材料分析仪器，建立增压器部件的失效分析能力
b. Reduce the outsourcing material testing cost降低委外的测试成本。

a. Support Material Engineer for the PPAP sample material testing per BWS specification

REQUIREMENTS要求:

- PhD's degree in Material Science is required. 材料科学博士学历
- Graduated from good university and academy with P.H.D degree. 博士毕业生
- Specialist in creep property of high temperature alloy and nickel alloy. 专业是高温合金和镍合金的蠕变性能
- Excellent English in writing and speak. 良好的英语书面和口语交流能力
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. 电脑办公软件使用熟练
