Position Title : Recruitment Specialist
Department : BorgWarner China Shared Service
Location : Ningbo, China


General Description:
Participate in a variety of recruitment activities in Ningbo so that the organization's recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.


Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Implement recruitment plans aligned with business needs.
Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, and specifications.
Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization's recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies.
Resume screening and candidate phone interview for various positions;
Deliver shortlist candidates to Business HR and Hiring Manage for further selection.
Contact candidates and arrange interviews according to Business HR and Hiring Manager's request.
Support various activities for Business HR from Interview to final hiring.
Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues.
Assist to analyze recruitment channel effectiveness.
Support campus recruitment activities.
Compilation of HR recruitment statistics.
Responsible for other assistant duties as required.


Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, with major in English, International Trade or Human Resource
3+ years' HR recruitment experience, in multinational companies is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical ability and business sense
Good English communication skill, both written and spoken
Enthusiasm for change and challenging convention
Outgoing and responsive
Self-motivated with good team spirit
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Willing to be located to Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province
