Position Description
Purpose of the Position:
- Responsible for entire management of P&L, balance sheet, internal controls for the Fuzhou location
- To consolidate financial monthly close responsibilities at the Fuzhou location.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating, administering and controlling financial operations for Fuzhou Gorilla finished parts, DLP and TS business.
- Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and monthly financial reports.
- Oversees the set-up and development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.
- Will establish operational objectives and assignments, and delegate assignments to Fuzhou Plant Accountants.
- Will provide tax, customs, insurance and other reports required by governmental regulations.
- Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports.
- Requires the ability to communicate financial concepts and financial performance to non-finance team.
- Involved in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect.
- Manage onsite inventory and fixed assets.
- Audits and manages the contract manufacturer partner's operating expenses process.

Direct reports: Plant Accountants
Education & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting
- MNC manufacturing experience in management accounting roles (plant/manufacturing, business analysis, cost accounting)
Required Skills
- Highest level of integrity
- Knowledge of US GAAP and PRC accounting rules
- Broad based business acumen
- Strong computer skills (especially Excel and accounting systems)
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset always asking "why?"
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines through organization and prioritization of work-load and multi-tasking
- Bilingual - Chinese and English
Desired Skills
- CMA, CPA
- MNC experience
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally
- Time management skills. Must be able to handle multiple major tasks and still meet hard-stop deadlines
- Self starter - ability to plan ahead, think through the requirements and deliver the best answer
