职位描述：
Job Purpose:
This position is mainly responsible for shipping performance and parts availability targets. Including performing all necessary expediting functions to fill part orders, making informed decisions on the appropriate action to take for specific schedules, including creating, maintaining, and deleting schedules after collaborating with the MP and supplier. Ensuring all workload items are addressed in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
Must be able to effectively communicate and work with all levels both inside and outside party.
   Collaborating (schedule collaboration) with oversea suppliers and forwarder in order to meet on-time shipping performance.
. Provide development, maintenance and support of transportation requirements
Monitor carrier performance, determine root cause and take corrective action.
Tracking every shipment and ensure all the oversea part can be arrived timely.
Decrease transportation costs and reduce premium freight expense.
Improve carrier quality and container scheduling and availability.
Manage and support business unit or facility logistics activities

Background /Experiences
Bachelor degree or above.
Have excellence communication skills and cooperation abilities, can solve problems timely based on accurate analysis.
Be honest and integrity, brave to take responsibility, work hard and be good at teamwork.
Be active to make progress, be interested in study new knowledge, have positive work attitude, can use the ERP system.
