职位描述：
Job descriptions-
Start date: mid Sep - Oct
 
Responsibilities：
· We provide teaching material (Cambridge/Oxford)
. Supervise teachers (foreign and local), class teaching, teachers training, lead and prepare teaching plan, class arrangement.
. 5 days work, need to work in weekends
. Work location : Linyi, Shandong for new English training center. Have option to teach and head up international section of a bilingual school, for early age and primary (phase 1), secondary (phase 2), to be ready next year.
· Student age for center: 6-12, small class size
. Age 3-5 to be determined later
· Must be willing to become involved with the life of the center

Selection Criteria:
· Bachelors degree or equivalent. A postgraduate degree is optional and will enhance your conditions of employment.
· At least two years teaching experience with supervision experience, after graduation;
· Possess an English language qualification such as TESOL, TEFL, ESOL, CELTA;
Compensation:
· Monthly salary 20000-25000 (in RMB yuan) depending on qualifications and experience
· Furnished apartment accommodation (excluding utilities) with cooking facilities and private bathroom;
· Comprehensive medical and accident insurance while you are employed in China subject to company policy
· 11 days public holiday , annual leave subject to company policy
· visa application where appropriate
· RMB5,000 airfare allowance paid by the completion of contract.
