职位描述：
1. Tools
SAP R3, MS-Office, Project management-Tools, 6-Sigma- and QM-Tools, Intra- and Internet Knowledge at least English proficient

2. Conditions
College and above degree in mechanism related major. Working experience in construction equipment will be one advantage.

3. Work documents, instructions, information
technical drawings, specifications management, quality process instructions, audit report, initial sample test, ISO 9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, audit reports, contracts (ppm)

4. Supplier evaluation
Auditing & rating of external suppliers according to VDA6.3. Decisions about supplier release or "phase-out" and "holding" (supplier release process). Inspection of process operations, information preparation for decision making in.

5. Supplier qualification
New supplier release. Implementation of Process-Sign-Offs, measurement of production process performance, performing of advanced quality planning (APQP), management of relaunches and relocating projects together with the supplier, qualification and supporting of low quality supplier. Professional in welding, bending and sheet metal are necessary.

6. Supplier optimization
Supplier quality development regarding bad performance, definition of arrangements together with supplier and interdisciplinary team, action tracking, realization and result checking for sustainable recovery resp. Backup of the agreed supplier performance; coordination, accomplishment and responsibility of supplier projects; identification of potential for improvements within the company;

7. Reporting
Preparation of audit-reports as well as workshop-results; to compile data and statistics relating to the supplier; information preparation and analysis; preparation of emergency indicators; transparent communication with CLASS headquarter and the supplier 举报 分享
