Job Purpose:
This job is for engineer support role for MG GC production introduction to CQL. This role will act as single contact point for any design related issue. He will support CPPD, CQL releasing, ECN, first responder for manufacturing issues.

Job Responsibilities:
Supporting design control function team, he will facilitate CQL manufacturing CPPD efforts for MG GC programs, include CQL operation and supplier.
Coordinate manufacturing readiness for MG programs at CQL. Bridging the design control w CQL operation, align the CQL manufacturing readiness w the program plan.
Execute CQL releasing, Create SEM ERP EBOM from EDS EBOM, make sure CQL ERP releasing align w the Cat EDS releasing.
Execute ECN releasing, and supporting transition plan and execution, lead the change communication. Set manufacturing effective based on urgency, stock disposition, and manufacturing readiness.
Key engineering contact and first responder for manufacturing issues. Supporting. Resolve fabrication and assembly issues for production machines. Primary, Full ownership of design related issues; Secondary, Supporting role for process related issues; Thirdly, Support issue resolution for supplier
Lead MG related issues investigate which sort to maintenance engineer.
Assist in improving manufacturability through design change (as necessary)
Support BIQ and VOCC

Background/Working Experience
Bachelor degree or above
3+ years working experiences in product support, engineering, manufacturing, quality, testing, Purchasing and multi job experience preferred;
Initiative, Excellent communication and coordination skill
Be able to adapt to travel
Be proficient in office, ERP and relevant system
