职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：
Proactive and self-dependent sourcing for both plants in Shanghai and Jinan.
主动并独立地为中国生产工厂(上海生产中心和济南生产中心)整合资源
Implement the localization of component for transfer projects.
执行转移项目的零件国产化进程
Work on project purchasing of new product development until series production.
开展新产品零件的开发，直至项目进入量产
Coordinate with involved commodity buyers in the process of new product development.
协调新产品开发过程中和产品采购工程师的零件开发工作
Optimisation of existing supplier base in terms of cost reduction and performance improvement.
在降低成本和提高服务质量的基础上优化现有供应商
RFQ and cost comparison as well as analysis.
询价、比价以及价格分析
Negotiation and contract management.
谈判及合同管理
Support and execution of supplier strategies.
支持和执行供应商策略
Support in new product development.
支持新产品开发过程
Support in quality related topics such as technical discussions, parts release, etc.
支持与质量相关的课题，例如技术讨论、物料释放等等
Close cooperation with other plants within global production and logistics network.
在全球生产和物流网络中，与其它工厂的紧密合作

Job Requirements:
岗位要求：
Scholarship: University degree (Bachelor) or above.
学历 大学 （学士）及以上
Major: Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
专业 机械工程或者商务管理，
Work Experience: At least 3 years work experience in mechanical engineering or in industrial. Engineering, preferred in project purchasing.
工作经验：至少3年在机械工程或工业工程的工作背景，具备项目采购经验者优先
Skills / 技能:
Knowledge of purchasing processes, process competence as well as high quality awareness.
具备采购流程知识，工艺技能以及敏锐的质量意识
Negotiation skills.
谈判技巧
Good skills for self-organisation and systematic work approach.
