职位描述：
Principal Duties & Responsibilities主要职责：
1. 编写EHS文件、组织EHS培训及保管及更新EHS证件；
Compile EHS procedure, organize EHS training and keep & update EHS certification.
2. 定期做安全检查，召开EHS会议，制定EHS工作计划，保证安全生产；
Do safety check, organize EHS meeting, make EHS working plan, ensure the safety production
3. 定期组织各类应急预案演练；
Do the Emergency Plan Drill
4. 调查处理安全事故，编写事故报告，跟踪整改措施落实；
Investigate the safety accident, compile report, follow up the correction action
5. 负责特种设备及其附件定期检验、管理，定期对特种作业人员进行培训教育，办理特殊工种证件等；
Be responsible for the periodical inspection and management of special equipment, and the training for the special equipment operator and relative certifications for them.
6. 组织接触职业危害因素的员工进行职业健康体检，建立职业健康监护档案；
Organize the occupational health body check for who contact the occupational disease, and build the occupational document.
7. 配合公司ISO14001体系的更新及审核工作；
Cooperate with company to do the ISO14001system update and audit.
8. 负责危险化学品库的安全管理及危险固废的处理；
Be responsible for safety management of the dangerous chemical storage and handle the hazardous waste
9. 负责公司安全用品管理
Be responsible for the management of company safety supplies.
10. 熟悉JHA分析方法，能够在公司内部有效建立JHA管理。
Be familiar with JHA Analysis Method, could build the JHA management effectively in company.
11. 能够独立承担EHS 项目，熟悉施工图纸，能够与承建商准确描述EHS方面要求。
Could undertake EHS Project independently, familiar with construction drawing, and could communicate the EHS requirements clearly with constructor.
12. 能够分析，预测，监督，纠正，改善公司内部的EHS事项。
Could analyze, forecast, supervision, correct, improve EHS events in company
13. 调动员工参与EHS活动的积极性，确保全员参与。
Mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to participate in EHS activities, ensure all employees will be involved in.
14. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作
Finish the other job that assigned by supervisor.
