职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Organize the production effectively and efficiently in order to fulfill customer requirements
? Brings a quality-oriented and customer focused mindset to the work floor
? Steers production to optimize the output according to the current orders
? Manages the available workforce and temporary workers to comply to delivery schedules in an optimized way trying to reduce as much as possible the usage of temporary workers and overtime
? Is responsible for and controls and improves production parameters: productivity, output, material consumption, energy consumption, absenteeism and adjusts where necessary and improves where possible.
? Ensures that his team produces the goods ordered by the customer in good quality and according to the delivery-schedule the customer requests and sets up together with QC stable self-correcting processes to avoid production errors and second choice
? Establishes a team of highly effective and knowledgeable people
? Takes care and is responsible for that safety, health and environmental legislation are being respected by his subordinates and cooperates herefore with the EHS Manager
? Trains, instructs, motivates his team members and workforce to increase their competences and establish a fluent efficient workflow and a stable workforce
? Organizes together with QC and his people continuous improvement processes to optimize cost and throughput
? Ensures that the production equipment is well maintained by the maintenance department and that technical problems are followed up and solved asap
? Sets up and manages a reporting system of relevant production KPI’s and correctly provides production information to senior management
? Takes care that the set goals for the production department are met
? Keeps up to date on relevant production processes and manufacturing techniques
Requirements:
? University degree (preferred: Major in technical or chemical)
? Relevant working experience in production of BCF Yarn for the Carpet industry, or in production of fibres.
? Relevant management experience of at least 5 years in a similar position (Preferred with experiences of setting up new factory or new production line)
? Preferably speaks good English
? Experience with Microsoft office and ERP system (preferred: SAP)
? Ability to work in a structured way and under stressful conditions, team-sprit, self-driven, hardworking, good communication skills
? Good knowledge of English
? Can work under the pressure
