1、负责生产车间的现场运作,部门协调,确保生产计划的执行
2、负责人员安排,管理及岗位培训
3、负责生产安全及产品质量
4、负责生产设备的现场维护及隐患处理
5、生产数据的记录,管理
6、生产工艺参数监督,生产消耗控制及有序物流管理
7、人员出勤记录及工时的统计管理
8、员工培训及管理,下属人员的绩绩效管理


要求具备的资格:
1、本科以上,理工类及相关专业(工业工程/工业设计/机械)
2、熟悉制造工艺和操作;生产现场管理
3、生产车间现场工作2-3年经验,现场管理1年以上经验
4、有一定的英语基础和电脑操作,良好的管理和协作技能
5、下属人员的发展技能
