1.To generate short term & long term supply planning based on rolling forecast, and to coordinate with logistics and marketing to ensure the appropriate service level to customer in terms of adequate supply and good quality and fresh products.
2.Proactively facilitate communication between demand and supply in terms of customer’s requirements, ensure forecast could be timely & correctly transferred into supply planning taking considering of supply chain capabilities.
3.To run capacity planning to determine medium/long term capacity requirements, and determine stock pre-build for domestic business.
4.Closely work with supply chain category planner to support innovation project. Do the analysis for innovation capacity planning.
5.Work with factory planners and buying to optimize production runs, manage working capital properly, minimize write-offs.

Skills / Competencies / Experience required of the candidate :
1.Bachelor degree or above. Strong Logical thinking, good business sense and Strong numerical sense.
2.Familiar with planning and ERP system. Fully operation knowledge of supply planning skills & working knowledge of demand planning and production schedule.
3.Good communication and coordination skills.
4.Good logical thinking and data sense.
5.Have 3-5 years solid planning working experience, FMCG industries experience will be preferred.
6.Fluent English-speaking/writing skill.
