我们的客户是一家德国独资的工业企业，主要产品是汽缸，气阀，三连体等气动元件，产品主要应用于工业自动化领域。目前有员工1100多人。

Responsibility：

·Coordinate and control production operations of unit, according to the established
specifications, production schedules, tasks, costs, losses and quality
standards to ensure production operations in an orderly manner.
·协调和控制本部门生产运营，根据既定的技术条件，生产日程，任务量，成本，损耗和质量标
准，确保生产操作有序进行。
·Monitor the quantity and quality of output, adjust workload, time, equipment setup
and input to ensure compliance with the technical conditions and effective
utilization of resources.
·监控产出的数量和质量，调整工作，时间，设备调机和投入，确保符合生产技术条件和资源的
有效利用。
·Prepare production reports so that problems can be identified and resolved.
·准备生产报告，以便可以识别和解决问题。
·In charge of the establishment of unit organization structure, and implementation
of internal processes.
·负责事业部组织结构的建立，内部流程的执行。
·Responsible for effective operation of quality system.
·负责部门内部的质量体系的有效运作。
·Responsible for the effective management of resources within the unit. For example,
People, equipment,6s, materials, fixtures, molds, cutting tools, Measuring
equipment, energy, safety equipment etc.
·负责内部资源的有效管理，例如人员，设备，6s,物料，夹具，模具，刀具，测量仪器，能源，
安全设施等。
·Based on the company's core values, create a positive work environment and
corporate culture within department.
·基于公司的核心价值观，在部门内创建积极的工作环境和文化。
·Responsible for the budget plan of unit, and organize the implementation.
·责部门的投资预算，并组织实施。
·Supervise staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines
and equipment operate safely.
·监督员工，确保生产任务的有效执行，所有设备安全运行。
·Train new employee according to the unit operating procedures and standards.
·按照部门的运行方式和标准，对新员工进行培训。
·Responsible for the staff performance appraisal and training of unit with unit
leader together.
·负责部门员工的绩效考核和培训。

Qualification：

·5 years experience in a normal plastic injection plant or company.
·五年以上在正规注塑工厂或公司的工作经验。
·3 years management experience.
·三年以上管理经验。
·Bachelor degree or more.
·专科或以上学历。
·Plastic injection or relevant professional.
·注塑或相关专业。
·Be proficient in plastic injection process, Plastic material properties, process
knowledge and mould structure.
·精通注塑工艺，塑胶材料性能，工艺知识和模具结构。
·Ideal English skills (at least basics which can be developed).
·良好的英语技能（最少能在后期发展的基础）。
·Be familiar with Microsoft office software.
·熟练操作办公软件。
·Open, modern, fresh learning attitude.
·开放的、 现代的、 积极的学习态度。
