职位描述：
Key Accountabilities

1.Impact on Business:？
1)Carry out the projects or new project development according to project strategy and business development and ensure that achievement of project goals about time, scope, quality, budget constraints;
2)Coordination for improvement of resource efficiency;
3)Identify and summarize middle and long term opportunities, potential risks analysis and possible recommendations for actions;
4)Responsible for preparation and presentation of results and inter-disciplinary communication within the company;
5)Conduct project evaluation in terms of technological and manufacturing feasibility;
6)Meet the project objectives in accordance with determined specifications;
7)Layout the project priority according to the strategy and business requirement;？
8)Do well in change management as well as communication management.
2.Innovation and Change:
1)Merge into existing environment of Project management with innovative opinions;
2)Use of modern quality tools to accompany R&D and IE projects like E/P-FMEA, statistical tolls like 6Sigma (DMAIC);
3)Collaborative and simultaneous engineering.
3.Communication with internal and/or external Customers, Suppliers as well as Third Parties:
1)Build up WIN Team for project, and hold WIN Team meeting for information exchange, problem solving etc. to achieve the communication platform internally;
2)Work closely with TEC, Production, RSC and HQ with the goal of economic order acquisition; ？
3)Regular team meeting to share information and exchange about the drawbacks, questions of projects.;
4)Efficient coordination with available resources globally to finish the project. within constraint conditions.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2.At least 8 years of relevant business experience in foreign automobile parts company .Technical background is prefer.
3.Electrical/ Mechanical engineering with 3 years of automotive industry related business experience.
4.Languages: Advanced English Level; Fluent Chinese.
5.IT skills: SAP; NEP; Ms Office Pro-E; Office software. 举报 分享
