Key Accountabilities
1. Responsible for production site technical service, to ensure normal production continues.
2. Develop the polymer process for product development.
3. Optimize the process for the mass production.
4. Analyze the quality gap with target and follow up the actions.
5. Handle the technical documents.
6. Prepare the technical specification for new equipment such as molding machines, drier, mould temp controller and layout.
7. Standardize the technical spec for the polymer process.
8. Support for the mould design and new product development.
9. Implement other tasks assgined the leader.
10. Implement the lean production work in unit.
11. Using the skills, such as professional knowledge and professional tools to discover, analyze and identify problems in Production site.
12. Apply FVP and lean concept and tools to identify the production efficiency, to improve product quality and formulate a reasonable improvement scheme and implementation.
13. Apply new technology to polymer process.
14. Use professional knowledge, constantly optimize the production process, and validate, improve product quality , process stability and the production rhythm, etc.
15. Work with the team to realize the technology competence roadmap.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or higher in technology.
2. 3-5 years Engineering degree in polymer science, Mechanical Engineering of relevant business experience in plastic moulding process.
3. Good experience in mould flow analysis.
4. Extensive practical knowledge of tool design, injection moulding process, material, equipments.
5. Knowledge of plastic extrusion preferred.
6. Have skills of quality control and improvement.
7. Have good cooperation and communication skills.
8. Have good learning capability.
9. Languages:
English (Advanced Level) good spoken English.
Chinese
10. Computer skills
MS Office, CAD, PROE.
